Recognizing the challenges families face in today’s world, we saw the need to strengthen family units, provide educational resources, and offer scholarships to help youth pursue higher education. By empowering families and providing mentorship, leadership training, and resources, we aim to create a supportive community that fosters growth, opportunity, and lasting positive impact.
Ruby E Dean
MBA, CPM, CTA Resourceful, highly disciplined and meticulous professional with extensive experience in asset management, accounting and non-profit administration. Extremely adept at prioritization and managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization. Recognized for ability to incorporate innovative techniques, processes and procedures to enhance business practices, increase productivity and boost revenues.
Anthony Jones
Anthony Jones, Co-Chair, New Hope Community Outreach Anthony Jones has been a dedicated member of New Hope Baptist Church for over 22 years, serving in various roles, including deacon, Sunday school teacher, and member of the media and music ministries. As Co-Chair of New Hope Community Outreach, Anthony collaborates with church leadership and community partners to organize impactful initiatives that address local needs. His deep commitment to ministry is driven by a passion for helping others, fostering meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for growth and support. Though not originally from Little Rock, he recognizes the community’s needs and works tirelessly to make a positive impact. Outside of his outreach efforts, he enjoys music and fishing.
Kelli Kamunga
With over twenty years of experience working with exceptional students, Sister Kamanga knows the true meaning of “Suffer the little children to come unto me.” (Matthew 19:14) A true creative with a bit of a dramatic flair, she writes, acts, and is known locally for her baking skills and her famous “Million Dollar Pound Cake.”

Currently retired from the City of Little Rock after 35 years of enployment: Served as (1) Traffic Court Clerk (2) Traffic Court Probation Officer and (3) retired after serving as Court Administrator for Little Rock Environmental Court. Graduated from Horace Mann High School and studied Criminal Justice at UALR.
